1. How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation either online on one of our websites (see lists of our websites below) or by calling the Central Reservation Office on +44 207 298 3804.
2. How do I cancel reservation?
If you book a free cancellation rate, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours before 1pm GMT without any charge. You can do so by contacting the hotel directly on contact details below or online (please click on the link ‘Manage bookings’ in the booking confirmation and enter your email address and password, now you will be able to cancel your booking).

3. Who do I contact if I have further enquiries/questions about my stay?

4. What is an Oyster Card and where do I get it from?
If you made a reservation for more than 2 nights directly on one of our websites, you will receive an Oyster Card with credit of £5. Your card will be left at hotel’s reception for you to collect when checking-in. For more info, please email email@example.com .
Oyster Card is a Pay As You Go plastic travel card which is used for getting around London. It provides the easiest and the most convenient way of paying for your journeys. You can top up your credit at the station, online or at convenience stores (also known as corner shops) which show the Oyster symbol. It is valid on the Tube, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), trams, buses and National Rail services. Please always remember to touch in and out on the yellow readers at the beginning and end of your journey otherwise you will be charged £7.20 for an incomplete journey.
5. What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 2pm. You are very welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel before this time and come back to check-in at 2pm.
6. What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11am.
7. What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7 until 10am from Monday to Saturday.
On Sundays/Bank Holidays, it is from 8 until 11am.
8. What type of breakfast do you serve?
We serve Continental Buffet Breakfast only.
9. Who are Crystal Hotels?
Crystal Hotels is a small hotel company which owns 4 properties in Central London: Brunel Hotel in Paddington, Duke of Leinster and Reem Hotel in Bayswater and Kensington Court Hotel in Earls Court.
10. What types of credit cards you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
11. Is there a car park in all of your hotels?
There is a car park at the Kensington Court Hotel in Earls Court. Charge is £20 per day and reservations have to be made directly with the hotel’s reception (firstname.lastname@example.org or tel. +44 20 7370 5151).
12. Do all of your hotels feature restaurant or bar facilities?
Because there are a wealth of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, our hotels have neither but here is a selection of our favourites.
