WHO ARE WE?

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?


We collect and process a range of personal information. This may be via our website (e.g. information that you provide by filling in form on our website, subscribing to our site or requesting further services), when you enter a Giveaway competition on Social Media, when you make a request or query whether by e-mail, via our website or on the telephone.


When you sign up to use our in-house Wifi, we ask you if you would like to receive a newsletter from us. If you tick ‘yes’, you will be added to our mailing database. You can opt-out at any time by clicking on a link on the bottom of the newsletter.


 

This type of information is likely to fall into one of the following categories:

  • contact details (for example, last name, first name, telephone number, email)
  • personal information (for example, date of birth, nationality)

  • you may choose to make a reservation via an online booking service (e.g. booking.com) or via an agent and they will need to pass certain information to us so that we can fulfil your request;
  • you may post reviews or other content via 3rd party social media platforms and channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Google, etc.
  • you may interact with us via social media channels


 

We kindly recommend that you check the privacy policy of any third parties that you provide information to as we are not responsible for the way in which they use, share or make available your personal information.


 

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to make a reservation for you). In this case, we may have to cancel your reservation but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Terms and Conditions of the Festive Giveaway – Crystal Hotels Instagram

 

 

1. The promoter is Crystal Hotels whose registered office is at 9 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4DJ with Company Registration No. 4275686.


2. The competition is open to residents of all countries aged 18 years or over except employees of Crystal Hotels and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.


3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.


4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.


5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Crystal Hotels Instagram page.


6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.


7.
Closing date for entry will be Sunday 26th of Nov'23 at 11:59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 


8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 


9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Follow Crystal Hotels on Instagram and Tag 1 or more of your friends/partners/relatives in CH Festive competition post. The competition is running on Instagram page of the Crystal Hotels. Please, make sure you follow both conditions (Follow + Tag) otherwise your entry will not be counted.


10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a lockdown, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance.


11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.


12.
The prize is as stated (2-nights – Sunday 24th and Monday 25th of Dec’23 in a Double room (Continental Buffet breakfast are included in the prize) in either Brunel Hotel, Duke of Leinster Hotel or Kensington Court Hotel (depending on availability).

No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The stay must be taken exactly on 24th and 25th of Dec’23.


13. The Winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator. 


14. The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram within 3 working days of the closing date (26
th of Nov’23). If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.


15. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be delivered. 


16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.


18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party.


19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Crystal Hotels and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy which can be found above.
